Returns Policy

Mumlife The Label offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (no perfume on the garment). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at admin@mumlifethelabel.com.au. If your return is for a size exchange, we will request that you return the item and also cover the shipping cost for the new size to be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged as a result of making or shipping, we will ask you to return it to us for a replacement. Your shipping will be refunded if we are at fault.

Important Care Note:
All Mumlife The Label garments must be washed in cold water only. We strongly recommend avoiding tumble dryers and drying garments in direct sunlight, as this can cause prints to peel or lift. We do not warrant any damage caused by incorrect washing or drying methods, and items showing signs of such wear will not be eligible for return or replacement.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not refund for change of mind. Refunds are only issued if we cannot provide a replacement.

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
