Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during peak periods, such as Mothers Day, & Christmas. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship all orders via Fastway Couriers (Aramex).

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $99. We do not offer local delivery/pick up.
Shipment to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time. Please ensure you provide a physical street address when you place your order to speed up your processing time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@mumlifethelabel.com.au with your name and order number.
